Ordering FAQs

Wig Colors ~ When viewing our wig selection online, please bear in mind that some computers may render the colors differently. We always encourage you to visit our Martinsville Wigs and More store in person. You can browse our wide collection and consult with one of our friendly sales people.

Shipping ~ Shipping charges are based on actual item weight + weight of the container and packing materials + size of the packaged item. Sometimes a handling fee is charged to cover special wrapping & packing procedures. To see your estimated shipping charges, add the product to your cart, then enter your state and zip code.

Packing: We pack very carefully. Your purchase will be well cushioned and protected for it's journey.

Drop Shipments ~  Some wigs may be "drop shipped" from the manufacturer. This will be noted in the product listing of the particular wig you order. Please allow 7-14 days for the  "drop shipment" to be mailed directly to you from the manufacturer.

We only ship to the USA. Orders from other countries will be canceled.

We do not accept payments from banks or accounts outside the USA

Items shipped to another address after original delivery do not qualify for return or refund. An item that has been re-shipped voids any and all warranties.

Orders over $250 require the signature of an adult (18+) when the package is delivered.

Order confirmation ~ After you place your order and payment is received, we begin processing your order. Most orders ship within 24-48 hrs. When your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing the tracking number, if you don't receive your tracking number,  please check your spam mail for the confirmation.

Your order ships via the carrier you selected during the checkout process.
